Our Story

Our roots were planted in 1991 with Rosalie’s Bluewaters Inn. our family owned and operated restaurant became a Cottonwood classic, featuring house prepared foods and our famous Friday Night Fish Fry.


In 2003, we evolved into a full service catering company known as Rosalie’s of Sedona. For the past twelve years, we have been proudly serving up Sedona’s finest cuisine. From private parties to weddings, Rosalie’s of Sedona has been catering an eclectic array of gourmet tastes, using only the freshest and finest ingredients.


In 2012, Rosalie’s of Sedona pioneered forward and was proud to introduce its new gastronomical concept, Cork & Catch.


Cork & Catch raises the culinary bar, presenting a unique interpretation of All-American, Southwestern, and South American inspired cuisine. We think beyond the plate, captivating a sophisticated desert palette, complimented by the perfect wine. cooking our way back home with authentic, family owned recipes, cork and catch invites you to indulge in a gourmet dining experience off the beaten path.
